FRAME DAMAGE & LASER ALIGNMENT
FRAME REPAIR
An accident doesn't always tell the whole story, and the best repairs begin with accurate information.
Before you replace parts, accept an estimate, or write a check, let us inspect your motorcycle. Using the Rack & Pull Industries Straight Shooter® Laser Measurement System and the Rack and Pull Frame Repair System, we check for hidden structural damage, avoid unnecessary labor, and straighten repairable frames back to measured specification without removing the powerplant.
THE PRAX PRECISION DIFFERENCE
MEASURABLE RESULTS
LASER FRAME MEASUREMENT
Every structural repair begins with the Straight Shooter® system, verifying frame geometry, drivetrain alignment, swingarm alignment, and other critical measurements before repairs begin.
ADVANCED FRAME REPAIR
The Rack and Pull System lets us perform frame corrections without removing the powerplant, reducing labor, downtime, and cost.
DOCUMENTED RESULTS
Every recommendation is supported by laser measurements, digital documentation, and visual evidence so you understand exactly what your motorcycle needs, and why.
ONE STANDARD, START TO FINISH
Inspection, measurement, structural repair, mechanical repairs, fabrication, and final verification are held to the same standard and documented at every stage.
THE DREADED HARLEY WOBBLE
IT DOESN'T HAVE TO RIDE THAT WAY
A head shake at highway speeds isn't something you should learn to live with. While worn tires, bearings, or suspension components can contribute, many handling issues are caused by alignment problems that can't be identified through a visual inspection alone.
We measure your motorcycle before recommending repairs, so we identify the actual cause instead of replacing parts hoping something changes.
MEASURE FIRST. REPAIR SECOND.
EVERY RECOMMENDATION BEGINS WITH EVIDENCE
Before we recommend replacing a single part, you'll see exactly what we see: laser measurements, frame geometry, drivetrain alignment, and digital documentation.
FEWER ASSUMPTIONS. FEWER UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. BETTER DECISIONS.
FRAME REPAIR
IF IT CAN BE STRAIGHTENED, WE'LL STRAIGHTEN IT
Not every impact leaves visible damage. Even a minor one can affect frame geometry, handling, and overall ride quality. Using the Rack and Pull System, we straighten repairable Harley-Davidson frames back to measured specification.
However it happened, whether a hit, a drop, or a handling problem that showed up on its own, every repair is measured, corrected, and verified before your motorcycle returns to the road.
WHY RIDERS BRING US FRAME WORK
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every repair should begin with understanding the problem, not guessing at the solution. Decades of hands-on experience combined with laser measurement and advanced frame repair equipment mean you know exactly what's wrong, why it happened, and how we'll repair it.
PRAX PRECISION INSPECTION
Every structural repair begins with verified laser measurements to uncover hidden damage and build an accurate repair plan.
DOCUMENTED EITHER WAY
Detailed estimates, photographs, and measurement reports, whether they're supporting an insurance claim or simply showing you exactly what you're paying for.
COMPLETE REPAIRS
From structural corrections and mechanical repairs to final verification, every stage is measured and documented before your motorcycle goes back on the road.
HONEST GUIDANCE
We'll explain what we found, answer your questions, and help you make an informed decision before repairs begin.

CLAIM OR NO CLAIM
YOUR BIKE. YOUR SHOP. YOUR CALL.
Not every motorcycle on our system involves an insurance company. Some riders are paying out of pocket, some are chasing down a handling problem after a spill, and some just want to know what they're really dealing with before they decide anything.
If there is a claim, we'll provide the estimates, photographs, and measurement documentation to support it and work directly with your adjuster. If there isn't, you get the same inspection, the same numbers, and a clear price before any work begins.
FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Many frame and alignment issues can be safely repaired when properly measured and corrected. We'll inspect your motorcycle, explain what we find, and recommend the best path forward.
-
If your motorcycle has taken an impact or no longer rides the way it should, laser measurement is the most accurate way to identify hidden structural or alignment issues before repairs begin.
-
That's a large part of what we do. Many riders come to us paying out of pocket, or because something hasn't felt right since a drop or a minor impact. You'll get the same measurements and the same explanation, along with a clear price before any work starts.
-
Yes. In most cases, you have the right to choose the repair facility that works on your motorcycle. We're happy to work directly with you, and with your insurance company if a claim is involved.
-
You're always welcome to get a second opinion. A PRAX Precision inspection can identify structural or alignment issues that aren't visible during a standard inspection.
-
Yes. We provide detailed repair estimates, photographs, and measurement documentation to help support your claim and communicate with your insurance company.
-
Absolutely. We review the measurements with you, explain what they mean, and use them to create a repair plan backed by measurable data.
-
Traditional methods usually require removing the powerplant before the frame can be straightened. The Rack and Pull System lets us straighten the frame with the powerplant still installed, which reduces labor, shortens repair time, and lowers overall cost. The frame is measured before and after either way.
-
Yes. While many components can contribute to handling issues, incorrect frame geometry or drivetrain alignment can significantly affect how a motorcycle tracks and performs.
